Dealflow Alerts was born from a shared obsession with micro-acquisitions. Ryan and Mike have collectively bought, built, and grown dozens of software businesses – and built this platform to help other investors find their next deal.
Ryan runs Fork Equity, a micro private equity fund that buys, grows, and sells small tech companies. His portfolio includes 10+ acquisitions spanning SaaS, e-commerce, and developer tools – most notably Fomo.com, which he grew from $10K to over $100K MRR.
He also created the Micro Acquisitions course, teaching hundreds of students how to buy, grow, and sell startups profitably.
Mike is the founder of FlatNine, a bootstrapped software studio running 10+ profitable SaaS products since 2011. Every product is built with less than $100 in initial capital, profitable from day one, and fully self-funded – no investors, no outside money.
He built Dealflow Alerts from the ground up and handles all product development, data infrastructure, and the fleet of bots that monitor 15+ marketplaces around the clock.
