Dealflow Alerts was born from a shared obsession with micro acquisitions. Ryan and Mike have collectively bought, built, and grown dozens of software businesses, and built this platform to help other investors find their next deal.
Ryan Kulp
Founder at Fork Equity
Ryan runs Fork Equity, a micro private equity fund that buys, grows, and sells small tech companies. His portfolio includes 10+ acquisitions spanning SaaS, e-commerce, and developer tools, most notably Fomo.com, which he grew from $10K to over $100K MRR.
He also created the Micro Acquisitions course, teaching hundreds of students how to buy, grow, and sell startups profitably.
Mike Rubini
Founder at FlatNine
Mike is the founder of FlatNine, a bootstrapped software studio running 10+ profitable SaaS products since 2011. Every product is built with less than $100 in initial capital, profitable from day one, and fully self-funded with no investors, no outside money.
He built Dealflow Alerts from the ground up and handles all product development, data infrastructure, and the fleet of bots that monitor 12+ marketplaces around the clock.
